Image Proofing: Proofs are delivered to you in two ways. First, the wedding proofs are organized onto our On-Line Web Gallery that is uploaded to this web site. Your Event ID protects the images so only friends and family can access them. Every proof is posted on the web, along with the file numbers for easy ordering. The proofs are ready within 21-30 days after the event. The gallery will stay online for one year from the date of the wedding. Second, the proofs are delivered in the bound album. The proof album is included in some packages. Each page in the album has 8 images. 4x6 unmarked proofs are optional.

Retouching: Basic retouching is included in price of all portraits. It "covers" zits, nicks, blemishes, and minor wrinkles. Major retouching, which may incur additional costs, includes removing bystanders, second chins, bringing the parent age back to the time of their wedding, etc.

Equipment Backup: I will use a minimum of two cameras, five lenses and three flashes when shooting any wedding. If one should fail, we will always have a backup.

Image Backup: As soon as we get to the studio after the wedding we burn two identical DVD's of all of the images. Only after the images are backed up on both a hard drive and DVD's will we erase the memory cards. One set of the DVD's is stored off-site. All working hard drives in the studio are fully backed up every night.
