We prefer places with lots of architecture like UofT or Distillery to the places with lots of green. Architecture provides ample action and posing opportunities and beautiful lighting.

You should book as soon as possible since most places become booked up fairly quickly and well ahead of time. If the park is free allow for extra half an hour of waiting time.
Remember to bring your permit(s) on the wedding day. You might not be allowed in without one.
